Spare parts Manager

Job Description

Receive, inspect, and store spare parts properly.

Maintain accurate stock records, both manual and computerized.

Issue spare parts against approved job cards or authorized requests.

Monitor stock levels and report shortages in a timely manner.

Ensure proper labeling, identification, and organization of all spare parts.

Prevent loss, damage, or misplacement of inventory items.

Submit a daily inventory stock report to the reporting officer.

Update the order plan on a weekly basis and advise management on import requirements.
