Warehouse Supervisor

Job Description

Supervise the daily operations of the warehouse, Including receiving, storing, and dispatching fertilizer products. Ensure the accurate and timely processing of orders. Monitor and maintain inventory levels, conducting regular stock checks and audits.

Supervise and provide direction to warehouse staff, Including scheduling, training, and performance evaluation. Ensure staff compliance with safety and operational procedures. Foster a positive and productive work environment.

Enforce safety regulations and procedures to maintain a safe working environment. Ensure compliance with environmental and safety regulations related to fertilizer storage and handling.

Maintain accurate Inventory records using warehouse management systems. Implement Inventory control procedures to minimize losses and ensure product quality.

Coordinate with transportation providers to ensure timely delivery and dispatch of goods. Oversee the loading and unloading of trucks, ensuring proper handling and storage of products. Work with suppliers and customers to resolve any issues related to shipments or deliveries.

Ensure the warehouse and surrounding areas are clean, organized, and well-maintained. Coordinate with maintenance teams to ensure warehouse equipment and facilities are in good working order.

Prepare and maintain reports on warehouse operations, inventory levels, and staff performance. Ensure accurate documentation of all transactions and activities within the warehouse. Provide regular updates to management on warehouse performance and any issues or Improvements needed.
