Store Supervisor - Printing Division

Job Description

Supervise and coordinate the daily activities of store staff to ensure smooth store operations.

Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction by delivering excellent customer service and addressing customer needs promptly.

Monitor inventory levels and coordinate timely stock replenishment to maintain product availability.

Maintain store cleanliness, organization, and visual merchandising standards to create an attractive shopping environment.

Handle customer complaints professionally and resolve issues promptly to ensure customer satisfaction.

Support the achievement of sales targets by implementing effective sales strategies and promotional activities.

Train, mentor, and motivate team members to enhance their performance and productivity.

Prepare daily and weekly reports on sales performance, inventory, and overall store operations.

Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and operational standards at all times.
