Aviation services pay: the floor is not a pilot salary
Airport work covers many professions, licences and employers. One sector number cannot describe all of them.

Mainland private sector. These are statutory minimums for the listed categories, not average salaries or take-home pay. They are not a Zanzibar or public-service pay table, and a contract can pay more.
Choose the right category
The aviation-services monthly floor is not a market estimate for pilots, cabin crew or aircraft engineers. Outsourced catering, cleaning or security requires careful employer classification.
Questions to settle before accepting
Ask about roster changes, early-start transport, recurrent training, licence renewal costs and payments tied to flight hours or duty days.
Make a fair comparison
Compare guaranteed monthly cash first, then variable duty allowances. Check the consequences of any training-cost repayment clause before accepting.
