Factory worker pay: production wages and shift details
Production work can include machine operation, packing, quality checks and maintenance. Compare the actual responsibility as well as the wage.

Mainland private sector. These are statutory minimums for the listed categories, not average salaries or take-home pay. They are not a Zanzibar or public-service pay table, and a contract can pay more.
Choose the right category
The industrial-sector row is a broad floor. It does not claim that an experienced maintenance technician and a newly hired packer should receive identical pay. Confirm the employer sector before using it.
Questions to settle before accepting
Request the shift rotation, overtime approval process, performance-bonus formula, transport arrangements and training required before operating machinery. Ask about any probation difference in writing.
Make a fair comparison
Build a comparison using the guaranteed amount without assuming maximum production bonuses. Record whether the target can change and who verifies production counts.
