About this role
Responsibilities
- Perform preventive & corrective maintenance on QC & RTG electrical systems.
- Troubleshoot faults in panels, drives, motors, PLCs, sensors & control systems.
- Inspect & maintain power distribution, transformers & switchgear.
- Repair lighting, cables, limit switches, brakes & safety devices.
- Monitor crane electrical performance & report abnormalities.
- Support breakdown response to minimise equipment downtime.
- Conduct routine inspection & testing of electrical protection systems.
- Assist in installation & commissioning of new electrical & crane systems.
- Maintain good housekeeping in electrical workshops & maintenance areas.
- Record maintenance work, spare parts usage & technical reports.
- Follow maintenance schedules & assigned work orders.
- Comply with HSE, LOTO procedures & company policies at all times.
- Coordinate with operations & maintenance teams during crane works.
- Participate in emergency maintenance when required.
- Improve MMBF & reduce MTTR through efficient maintenance.
- Report unsafe conditions immediately & always use required PPE.

Requirements
- Degree, Diploma or FTC in Electrical, Electronics or Electromechanical Engineering.
- 2+ yrs of experience in electrical troubleshooting skills.
- Ability to read electrical drawings & schematics.
- Knowledge of industrial safety procedures.
- Good communication & teamwork skills.
- Ability to work under pressure & in shift operations.
- Problem-solving & analytical skills.
- Computer literacy for maintenance reporting.
