Responsibilities
- Prepare daily, weekly, monthly, quarterly & yearly maintenance plans.
- Coordinate preventive, predictive & corrective maintenance schedules.
- Monitor equipment availability & ensure plans are executed on time.
- Prepare work orders, job plans & maintenance schedules in the system.
- Coordinate with operations, engineering & procurement on spare parts.
- Track maintenance progress & update planning records.
- Maintain CMMS (Mainpac) data integrity.
- Act as focal point for all maintenance data & analysis.
- Keep accurate records of equipment history, downtime & repairs.
- Analyse maintenance data & prepare performance reports.
- Assist in shutdown planning & major maintenance activities.
- Follow up pending maintenance work & update management.

Requirements
- Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Economics, Mechanical, Electrical or Industrial Engineering.
- 2+yrs of experience with Strong planning & organisational skills.
- Good analytical & reporting abilities.
- Ability to coordinate multiple activities at once.
- Knowledge of maintenance planning principles.
- Computer literacy in MS Excel & maintenance systems (CMMS).
- Good communication & interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work under pressure & meet deadlines.
- Teamwork & problem-solving skills.
