Responsibilities
- Inspect, maintain & repair terminal facilities & infrastructure.
- Take part in works on yards, pavements, buildings & offices.
- Maintain drainage, roads, walkways, fencing & gates.
- Maintain warehouses, water supply & sanitation systems.
- Monitor infrastructure condition & report defects for action.
- Assist in supervising contractors to meet specifications & safety.
- Carry out masonry, concreting, plastering & painting works.
- Carry out paving, carpentry & plumbing repairs.
- Prepare maintenance, inspection & material usage reports.
- Maintain workshop tools, equipment & construction materials.
- Monitor cleanliness & housekeeping of terminal facilities.
- Support emergency repairs during infrastructure breakdowns.
- Coordinate facility maintenance needs with other departments.•

Requirements
- FTC or Diploma in Civil Engineering, Building Construction or related field.
- 2+yrs of experience with good knowledge of construction & civil maintenance practices.
- Extra training in construction or facility maintenance is an advantage.
- Ability to read construction drawings & technical specifications.
- Knowledge of building materials, equipment & maintenance procedures.
- Basic skills in plumbing, masonry, carpentry & painting.
- Good planning & problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently & as part of a team.
- Strong attention to safety & quality standards.•
