Responsibilities
- Supervise daily warehouse operations, including receiving, storage, picking, & dispatch.
- Monitor inventory accuracy, conduct stock counts, & resolve stock discrepancies.
- Lead, train, & supervise warehouse staff to achieve operational targets.
- Prepare warehouse performance reports & implement improvements to increase efficiency.
- Ensure warehouse cleanliness, safety compliance, & proper stock handling.
- Coordinate with relevant departments to improve deliveries, control costs, & streamline warehouse operations.

Requirements
- Diploma or degree in Materials Management, Warehousing, Stores Management, or Supply Chain Management.
- Relevant professional certification such as CPSP or CIPS, with PSPTB registration.
- Proven experience in warehousing, inventory control, & warehouse operations.
- Proficiency in warehouse management systems, ERP software, & Microsoft Office.
- Strong leadership, communication, problem-solving, & organizational skills.
- Good knowledge of inventory management, warehouse safety, & supply chain operations.
