Mixer Operator

Job Description

Responsible for the safe operation and maintenance of the CSD Mixer machine.

Perform machine CIP (Cleaning-in-Place), start-ups, and shutdowns.

Monitor the mixing process to ensure products meet quality standards and make necessary adjustments to machine settings for optimal production.

Identify and troubleshoot minor machine and production issues, and perform minor repairs or adjustments to minimize downtime.

Carry out basic maintenance activities, including cleaning, lubrication, and inspection of machine components. Report major faults or malfunctions to the Maintenance team.

Adhere to all safety standards and operating procedures.

Ensure the machine and work area are clean, organized, and free from hazards.

Properly use personal protective equipment (PPE) and maintain a safe working environment.

Word Processing and Desktop Publishing Tools (MS Office, Google Docs, etc)
