Sales Representative / Market Analyst

Job Description

Negotiate with customers and institutions to ensure availability of all company SKUs in line with market potential and customer requirements.

Ensure effective product visibility through floor displays, shelf displays, fridge displays, and other approved visibility standards.

Ensure proper stock storage practices at customer warehouses, including FIFO (First In, First Out), and minimize damages and expiry.

Maintain high standards of professional customer service and build strong customer relationships.

Conduct timely and regular customer visits for order generation, order follow-up, and delivery coordination.

Conduct market surveys to identify customer needs, market trends, competitor activities, pricing, and promotional opportunities.

Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer master data, including product availability, competitor activities, pricing, promotions, and other relevant market information.

Gather and provide timely customer feedback to the relevant departments and management.

Ensure full adherence to company policies, procedures, and sales guidelines.

Maintain sound knowledge of beverage products, product features, and the beverage industry.

Demonstrate strong interpersonal and communication skills when interacting with customers and internal teams.

Work effectively as part of a team and collaborate with relevant departments to achieve business objectives.

Demonstrate adaptability and a proactive approach to changing market and customer requirements.

Apply effective problem-solving skills to address customer and market-related challenges.

Manage time efficiently to ensure timely customer visits, order generation, follow-up, and reporting.
