Sales Supervisor - Water Sales Division

Job Description

Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.

Monitor daily sales performance and implement corrective actions where necessary.

Develop and execute sales strategies to increase water product sales.

Ensure effective route planning and optimal territory coverage.

Identify and develop new business opportunities and potential customers.

Supervise, coach, and motivate Sales Representatives to achieve performance objectives.

Conduct daily sales briefings, field coaching, and performance reviews.

Monitor employee attendance, discipline, and productivity.

Train new sales employees on company products, sales techniques, policies, and procedures.

Evaluate staff performance and recommend training and development plans.

Build and maintain strong relationships with distributors, wholesalers, retailers, and key accounts.

Conduct regular customer visits to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.

Resolve customer complaints promptly and professionally.

Negotiate sales agreements within company policies and approved guidelines.

Ensure adequate market coverage across assigned territories.

Monitor stock availability at customer outlets and minimize stock shortages.

Ensure products are displayed in accordance with company merchandising standards.

Monitor competitors' activities, pricing, promotions, and market trends, and provide actionable market intelligence.

Prepare and submit accurate daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports within the required timelines.

Analyze sales performance and recommend strategies for continuous improvement.

Maintain accurate customer records, sales documentation, and route information.

Monitor route performance and key sales KPIs to improve efficiency and productivity.
