Store Keeper

Job Description

Receive goods, materials, and supplies delivered to the store.

Check deliveries against purchase orders, invoices, delivery notes, and specifications.

Inspect goods for quantity, quality, damage, and expiry dates where applicable.

Record all incoming and outgoing stock accurately.

Issue materials to authorized staff or departments against approved requisitions.

Maintain accurate stock cards, inventory records, and electronic stock systems.

Report damaged, expired, missing, or slow-moving stock to management.

Maintain cleanliness, orderliness, and security of the store.

Ensure that company property and inventory are properly safeguarded.

Skills Required

Spreadsheets (e.g. Excel, Google Sheets, etc)
