WTP Operator

Job Description

Responsible for water treatment and its entire operations.

Monitor/make operating adjustments to process for optimized efficiency.

Responsible to maintain the water quality parameters advised by quality department.

Responsible to maintain the delta pressure in Reverse osmosis unit.

Responsible for sand filter, carbon filer and RO sanitation.

Responsible to maintain the sufficient water level as per the production requirement.

Responsible for documentation and chemical consumption.

Perform plant startups/shutdowns

Operate/maintain analyzers, effluent transfer pumps, final water filter system,

Observing gauges, and other indicators to ensure that all machines are working properly.

Maintaining a clean, hazard-free work environment. Etc.

Constantly reviews the operation of the plant to monitor production and quality, anticipating and solving problems in a timely manner, and identifying opportunities for improvement
