Microfinance pay: field costs and the statutory floor
A field loan officer can face daily travel and collection duties. An offer needs to explain how those costs and responsibilities are funded.

Choose the right category
The micro-credit financial services row is distinct from ordinary business and banking rows. It is not an average salary survey for loan officers or a rate for self-employed agents.
Questions to settle before accepting
Check travel reimbursement, phone or data provision, collection procedures, portfolio targets and the treatment of overdue loans in incentive calculations.
Make a fair comparison
Separate the wage from a float used to make work trips. Record the expected territory and compare the realistic personal cost of reaching it.
