Telecommunications pay: sector minimum and contract employer
The logo on a shop or mast is not proof of who employs the worker. Read the legal employer on the contract.

Mainland private sector. These are statutory minimums for the listed categories, not average salaries or take-home pay. They are not a Zanzibar or public-service pay table, and a contract can pay more.
Choose the right category
Telecommunication services have a specific schedule row. Outsourced sales, security or construction work should not be assigned that row without checking the actual employment and sector arrangement.
Questions to settle before accepting
Clarify standby duty, field travel, tools, data allowances and training for technical tasks. Ask whether sales incentives can be reversed after customer cancellations.
Make a fair comparison
Compare recurring cash independently of a company phone or data bundle. Those tools can help you work but do not necessarily increase money available for rent.
