Security guard pay: local and international company minimums
Two security offers can fall under different rows even when both involve guarding a gate. Identify the employing company, not just the client site.

Mainland private sector. These are statutory minimums for the listed categories, not average salaries or take-home pay. They are not a Zanzibar or public-service pay table, and a contract can pay more.
Choose the right category
The schedule distinguishes domestic and international security companies. A guard posted at an international client is not necessarily employed by an international security company. Ask who signs and pays under the employment contract.
Questions to settle before accepting
Get the shift length, rest arrangements, night-duty payments, uniform policy and transport arrangements. Ask how extra hours are recorded rather than accepting an undefined all-inclusive amount.
Make a fair comparison
Put a seven-day roster next to the pay offer. This makes a long rotation visible before you compare monthly figures. Keep any proposed deduction visible as a separate line.
